1. Legal framework

The user is the person who registers on the website with access credentials and is fully responsible for their use and safekeeping, as well as for the accuracy of the personal data provided.

3. Acceptance

The user declares that they are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into contracts, and accepts these Conditions.

4. Availability

These Conditions are available before contracting and may be stored on a durable medium.

5. Validity

These Conditions are valid while they remain published on the website.

6. Modifications

The seller reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Conditions, without affecting purchases made beforehand.

7. Severability

If any clause is declared null, the remaining Conditions remain in force.

8. Object of the contract

These Conditions govern the sale relationship between the seller and the user. Products are delivered in exchange for the price publicly displayed on the website.

9. User registration

Registration requires a name, surname, email address and password. The user chooses a username and password and undertakes to use them diligently; confusing, offensive or unlawful terms may not be used.

10. Geographic scope

As published on the source store, the website operates and ships only within Spanish territory, and orders from outside this territory are not accepted. Please adjust this clause to match the shipping policy of this store if you ship to other countries.

11. Product information

We provide product descriptions and photographs within technical limits and in accordance with market standards.

12. Taxes, currency and shipping costs

Prices include 21% VAT and are expressed in euros (€). They do not include shipping costs or additional services.

13. Language of the contract

The contracting procedure is carried out in the language of this website.

14. Purchase process

Register, choose a category and product, select the quantity and add it to the basket, enter the shipping and billing address, select a payment method (card or bank transfer), confirm the order and pay. You will then receive a confirmation email. Placing an order entails an obligation to pay.

15. Product availability

If an item is out of stock, it will be restocked as soon as possible; the status is indicated on the website.

16. Maximum order amount

There is no maximum order limit.

17. Changing or cancelling an order

You may add to an order before completing the purchase. You may cancel free of charge within 24 hours by email or by calling +34 640 900 266. If the order has already shipped or been delivered, a return entails a cost of 5% of the amount paid, covering shipping and handling. Refunds are processed within 24–48 business hours.

18. Shipping costs, methods and delivery

Shipping costs depend on the quantity ordered and the delivery location and are calculated after the order is placed. Shipping is free for orders over €160. Delivery is made to the address provided; delivery to post-office boxes is not guaranteed.

19. Delivery time

Mainland Spain: 24/48 business hours from receipt of payment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, which are processed on the next business day). Delivery times are not guaranteed 100%, particularly in remote rural areas. The carrier may cause incidents; please check the package on receipt and sign with reservations if there are anomalies. 20. Invoice

The invoice is sent together with the order and is also available in your account.

21. VAT

All purchases are subject to 21% VAT.

22. Payment methods

We accept credit/debit card and bank transfer. Card data is not stored in our database and is protected on secure servers with SSL encryption. If a card is declined, the order is automatically cancelled and the customer is informed online. Cards issued outside Spanish territory may not be accepted.

23. General payment provisions

Placing an order implies acceptance of these General Conditions and the specific conditions of the order. Payments are subject to the terms of the financial entities and secure payment platforms involved (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). After successful payment you will receive confirmation emails, including the invoice. The seller may cancel payments or orders where there are indications of fraudulent transactions, notifying the competent authorities.

24. Returns and right of withdrawal

You may return a product within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories. The refund includes the purchase amount and the cost of the least expensive ordinary delivery; collection-from-home costs are borne by the customer. Personalised products and items without intact original packaging are not eligible. For defective, damaged or incorrect products, we offer repair, replacement, price reduction or contract termination at no cost to the consumer; defective products are refunded in full, including delivery costs, using the same payment method. 25. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products whose nature may be altered after delivery, in accordance with the LSSICE.

27. Product warranty

For warranty claims, contact us by email at hello@asicminergroup.com or by phone, stating your order number. The warranty does not apply where the product has not been kept in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

28. Seller’s rights

The seller may, among other things: maintain, modify or suspend the website without prior notice; modify prices and offers; reject orders due to lack of stock or non-payment; retain ownership of the item until full payment; and correct human or computer errors.

29. Limitation of liability

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. The seller is exempt from liability for false, insufficient, inaccurate or incorrect information, for damage caused by viruses or harmful elements, and for interruptions to electrical or telecommunications services. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors’ access to and use of the website.

30. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The seller and the user agree to submit any dispute to the Courts and Tribunals of Granada.

31. Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform for online purchases, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
