What we actually repair
We don’t “swap the whole unit and call it repair”. We diagnose and fix at board level: hashboards, PSU, control board, cooling, post-immersion issues. After repair, every miner is stress-tested under load and you get the report.

Do I pay anything before diagnostics?
No. We diagnose first, send you the report and the price. You decide if we go ahead.
How fast can I get my miner back?
Diagnostics usually take 24-48h. Total turnaround depends on the fault and parts needed.
Is the work under warranty?
Yes. Repaired and replaced parts are covered by our service warranty when the job qualifies.
What if my miner is already running custom firmware?
That is fine. We note current firmware during intake and include firmware-related issues in diagnostics.
Can I just drop it off instead of shipping it?
Yes. If you are close enough, we can arrange direct drop-off at the service location.
